Andrés joined our firm in 2019, and his professional practice is focused in providing legal advice to foreign investors in public infrastructure contracts.

 

Previously, he acted as legal counsel of the Legal Department, and then the of the Internal Controller, both departments of the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, with a strong specialization in Sanctioning Administrative Law and Regulatory Law, including litigation and administrative processes.

 

Between 2012 and 2019, Andrés was part of the Consumer Law and Advertisement team, of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Department of Carey y Cía., as a senior associate. His practice was addressed to the advice to national and offshore companies in judicial and administrative actions from consumers, product liability, advertisement, regulatory affairs, administrative commercialization permits, compliance, electronic contracts, Consumer Law, e-commerce and data privacy.
