Dimter Campos
Paola joined Domeyko & Cía. Attorneys in 2018 and focuses her professional practice in the management of infrastructure contacts, executed throughout the public-private partnership in Chile.
With a remarkable performance as legal advisor for over 19 years in different tasks for the Ministry of Public Works -particularly in the Coordination of Public Works Concession-, Paola has a high level of knowledge and specialization in expropriations, Public Law, dispute resolutions, oversight and legal interpretation of concession contracts (both in construction and operation stages). Further, her experience includes active collaboration in administrative biding basis related to hydrological resources, due to her specialization and analysis of public works concession contracts and additional investments.
Between 2015 and 2018, Paola led the Contract Analysis Unit of the Coordination of Public Works Concessions, acting as the Chief. Prior to that, she was the Chief of Staff of the Coordination of Concessions in the Ministry of Public Works. Currently Paola provides legal advice to different national and foreigner investors, in the implementation of additional investments, private initiatives, and the legal management of concession contracts.
